Pet Accommodations
We are a pet-friendly community. We accept cats and dogs from
15 to 25 pounds and under. (Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
home). All pets must be kept indoors at all times. Proof
of up-to-date vaccinations required. Refundable pet deposits
start at $900.
Security Deposit
There is a $900 security deposit for the studio, $1000 for the one bedroom apartments,
$1300 for the two bedroom apartments and $1600 for the three bedroom
apartments.
Office Hours
Our Leasing Office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
